RONALD LEE McKINNEY, 78 was born February 13, 1941 to Dwight Edmund and Bessie Fay (Petty) McKinney in Wray, Colorado.
He passed away on Sunday, March 31, 2019 in the Wray Community District Hospital in Wray, Colorado.
Cremation was requested and a Family graveside service will be held at a later date.
